Roselle is located in the parish of St. Thomas. The project site is approximately 2.5 km of road along the coastline. This area is typically subjected to harsh weather conditions during storm events. CEAC was commissioned to plan and design stabilization and shoreline protection works. We supervised the construction of the 2 kilometres of shoreline protection programme.
