Major project donors are interested in locally derived poverty alleviation programmes. CEAC has worked with ENGO and governments on projects aimed at increasing equality and incomes by disaster and climate change resilience in rural livelihoods and infrastructure development. When disaster strikes, these communities tend to suffer the most. CEAC has assisted these communities by way of planning basic infrastructural needs.
