CHEC commissioned CEAC to develop a master plan for mega-development of 2,000 acres of commercial, residential, light commercial, sports and entertainment complex. Rapid land information may be required in order to create project concepts in a short time. Aerial survey methods have been used with ground trothing and controls to verify accuracies. 14 km2 of area was surveyed in two weeks.
