Operations and Maintenance
CEAC was commissioned in all phases from planning to operations to provide planning, designs and operations/staffing services for this highway. When completed, this leg will be over 60 km long and link the north and south coasts through difficult terrain. We are providing water resource risk assessment modelling of ground water wells and assessments of flooding risks.
Operations will provide the full cadre of toll collectors, supervisors and maintenance officers for the efficient operation of the highway.
