TCIPA and the Turks and Caicos Islands Government (TCIG) have prioritized the upgrade, modernization and expansion of South Dock in a five (5) year capital works programme. South Dock is a 12.8-acre port facility. The facility is the only major port of entry in Providenciales and the largest port in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). CEAC was contracted to provide civil, structural assessments; civil, structural, and coastal designs and drawings; coastal erosion modelling, wave modelling, surveys and cost-estimate.
