David Scott is a Coastal Engineer, competent in all aspects of the Coastal/ Hydraulic Engineering process from inception, design, modelling and construction.

David specializes in Coastal and Fluvial Flood Modelling while accounting for the effects of climate change. He is well rounded in all the core principles of Civil Engineering with a majority of his previous experience in Coastal, Hydraulic, Road and Building construction.

His qualifications include a BEng in Harbour, Waterway and Coastal Engineering with and level 4 (professional/working proficiency) Chinese Language certification from Nanjing Normal University.
