Bellevue Hills Estate is a 76-lot gated residential subdivision located in Bellevue Heights, Spanish Town. It consists of a mixture of two-bedroom one bathroom and two-bedroom two-bathroom single family units, two-bedroom- three-bathroom townhouse units, centralized sewage, potable water storage and supply, jogging trails and playgrounds. CEAC designed this subdivision as well as carried out the municipal application process.
