The Ferry development is a 56-lot commercial subdivision located on a 379,000 sq mile lot along the Mandela Highway. The subdivision currently houses the Ferry BPO, Nestle and Tropical Batteries Warehouses with other lots under constructions. CEAC was commissioned to monitor the construction of the civil infrastructure. The development consisted of masonry drainage channels, underneath four roadways, two sewage lift stations, a water distribution network as well as electrical infrastructure. The lot was previously swampland which made construction difficult.
