Traffic Impact Assessment for EIA Process at proposed Princess Hotel

Projects » Traffic Impact Assessment for EIA Process at proposed Princess Hotel

PROJECT DETAILS

CEAC was required to investigate the potential impact of the traffic as it exists, during construction and during operations on the existing and future main road traffic.

Field/road condition parameters were collected for all the relevant roads and intersections as well as traffic data.  From the assessment, the Level of Service (LOS) of at each intersection was determined for existing, during construction, and post construction conditions, with consideration for the future traffic conditions. A detailed report was generated using Sidra 8.0, outlining the impact of the hotel construction and operations on LOS, and recommended mitigation measures.
