Engineering Design
Old Harbour Villas is located in St. Catherine. This project involves structural and civil engineering designs for housing duplexes. Structural engineering design of the duplex structure, including the mat foundation; walls; and roof. Civil engineering design of the development, including drainage; sewerage; water supply and roads. The intention was to provide missing information on the existing drawing set to optimize the existing design and to make the proposed design compliant with national guidelines and standards.
